How to use this resource

Start with the Inquiry Register. Add links to sources, AI exchanges, interpretations, learning, ministry experiments, and the report argument when the work calls for them.

The six names describe different functions of the record. Keep one authoritative copy of each source and link to it rather than copying the same account into several places.

These blank forms can be adapted to your project. Preserve earlier dated entries when your question or assessment changes.
